Mark D. Regazzi is a founding partner of Mathis, Regazzi & Associates, LLC. Mr. Regazzi focuses in his practice on helping small-to-medium sized business owners manage the myriad legal risks they face in order to minimize costs and maximize opportunities. Mr. Regazzi’s practice areas focus on all transactional legal needs of the entrepreneur whether it is a start-up entertainment venture, or an established company that is looking to better position itself in its current market. By providing both business planning services, and estate planning, Mr. Regazzi supplies a near complete package of transactional legal services.
Mr. Regazzi received his undergraduate degree from Newbold College in Binfield, United Kingdom where he earned a double major in English and History. During and after his undergraduate years, Mr. Regazzi worked in London, United Kingdom, as a behavioral modification therapist with Autistic children and received training under the aegis of the University of California, Los Angeles. Seeking a change, Mr. Regazzi moved to Istanbul, Turkey, where he worked initially as a consultant for Mercedes Benz, Turkey. Following a year with Mercedes Benz, Mr. Regazzi decided to re-center his focus on the law and worked for two years as a paralegal with an international corporate law firm in Istanbul. Mr. Regazzi returned to the United States with the firm intention of earning his Juris Doctor but had contracted to work in sales and marketing in the green industry for the company that had brought him home. After several extremely successful years in sales and marketing, Mr. Regazzi entered law school and earned his Juris Doctor in two and a half years from DePaul University, College of Law in Chicago, IL. Mr. Regazzi focused his studies in law school on transactional, business law and also studied international trade and finance in Beijing and Shanghai China.
